How to Add New Alerts

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) are offline. 

You can configure the exact criteria in notification settings:

Navigate to Notifications -> Settings -> Store Deactivation

Select the locations you'd like to monitor

Configure Alerts for Non-Restartable Store Deactivations

Superorder tracks all third-party store deactivations and attempts to restart unintentionally deactivated stores. We do not auto-restart all deactivations, and it can be helpful to set up alerts so that you are notified when stores are deactivated and cannot be restarted.

You will now receive an email anytime Superorder:

Attempts and fails to auto-restart a store.

Assumes a store deactivation was intentional and does not attempt to restart it.

Configuring Store Deactivation Alerts

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) undergo extended periods with low sales. 

Select the location(s) you'd like to monitor

Configuring Low Order Volume Alerts

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) are making frequent mistakes on their orders. You can configure the exact thresholds as follows:

Navigate to Notifications -> Settings -> High Error Rate

Configuring High Error Rate Alerts

If you have our alerts feature enabled, you can receive notifications about your error rate, showing the percentage of errors over a selected time frame (daily, weekly, or monthly).

However, for a more detailed breakdown of these errors, you’ll want to check the data directly within each third-party delivery platform. Below, we've provided step-by-step instructions for accessing this information on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.

In the left-hand menu, navigate to Performance → Operations.

 Here you can view Error Rate Orders, see a breakdown of the issues, and download the information as a CSV file. To see specific orders, select ‘View Orders’:

 You’ll now see a detailed list of orders with error types and related information:

In the menu, click Operations Quality.

 Click Build Report to generate a report on operational issues.
For error rate details, go to Order Accuracy → View Details:

 View errors categorized by menu item, issue type, or location:

Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab and click ‘Build a report’:

 Select ‘Operations’ and ‘Order details’:

 Pick the timeframe you want data for, then click ‘Next’:

 Check the boxes for the locations you want included in the report.
Click ‘Next’ to continue:

 Give your report name and then click ‘Next’:

 Double-check your selections. When ready, click ‘Request report’:

 Once processed, click the download icon to save the report:

 Open the file and locate Column W to view any order adjustments related to the order error rate:
