Configuring High Cancellation Rate Alerts

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) are cancelling a high quantity of orders. You can configure the exact thresholds as follows:
- Navigate to Notifications -> Settings -> High Error Rate
- Select the location(s) you'd like to monitor
- Set your threshold as:
- Percent: Percentage of orders that are cancelled
- Cancellations: Count of cancelled orders
- Store Overrides
- Set parameters for any stores you'd like to monitor with different cancellation rates
