Configuring Store Deactivation Alerts

Last updated August 6, 2024

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) are offline.

You can configure the exact criteria in notification settings:

  • Navigate to Notifications -> Settings -> Store Deactivation
  • Select the locations you'd like to monitor
  • Modify Conditions
  • Restartable Status
  • All
  • Restartable Only: deactivations that are unintended and Superorder will attempt to reactivate.
  • Non-Restartable Only: deactivations that we believe are intentional (busy mode, manually inputted closures) or may affect your platform reputation that we will not attempt to restart.
  • Auto Restart Status
  • All
  • Succeeded Auto Restarts Only: store deactivations that we were successfully able to reactivate
  • Failed Auto Restarts Only: store deactivations that we could not automatically restart.

Configure Alerts for Non-Restartable Store Deactivations

Superorder tracks all third-party store deactivations and attempts to restart unintentionally deactivated stores. We do not auto-restart all deactivations, and it can be helpful to set up alerts so that you are notified when stores are deactivated and cannot be restarted.

To configure these alerts:

  1. Navigate to Alerts ->  Notification Settings
  2. Click "Store Deactivation"
  3. Use the following configuration:

  1. Click "Save"

You will now receive an email anytime Superorder:

  • Attempts and fails to auto-restart a store.
  • Assumes a store deactivation was intentional and does not attempt to restart it.
