Configuring High Downtime Alerts

These alerts will inform you when your location(s) are offline for extended times. You can configure the exact thresholds as follows:
- Navigate to Notifications -> Settings -> High Error Rate
- Select the location(s) you'd like to monitor
- Set your threshold as:
- Percent: Percentage of downtime
- Minutes: Total amount of downtime in minutes
- Store Overrides
- Select any stores you'd like to monitor specifically and increase/reduce their downtime threshold.
