Navigate to Reviews -> Templates and click "New Template" on the upper-right of your screen. 

name your template something that will help you identify its purpose. (Example: 3-5-stars, $5-promo)

 Select locations this template will reply to reviews for.

 which platforms should this review be used for? 

 star-rating that this template will be used in response. This allows you to send customers with 1-star ratings an apology message while thanking 5-star ratings for a great review.

Minimum AOV this template will be used for. Example: Include a $10 promo only if order spend is $50+.

 Minimum customer lifetime order count for this template. Example: Send new customers a promo to boost loyalty, but not someone who has ordered 5 times and is proven loyal.

the value of the promo to be sent with this response (None, $5, $11, or $20).

you'll write the exact copy that you want to use for each response in "Message"

Superorder will generate a response to this review based on the order contents and customer info.

Configuring Review Templates

A pop out will appear where you will enter the Voice Name, Locations the brand voice will be applied to, response type, and tone.

 name this voice something that will help identify it in the list of brand voices.

 Select specific locations (or all) for which you want this voice to be used.

responses are not item specific or personalized for individual reviews.

personalize copy for each review response generated with this voice.

Click "Create Voice" to save the brand voice.
