Configuring Review Templates

Navigate to Reviews -> Templates and click "New Template" on the upper-right of your screen.
New Template Page:
Template Name: name your template something that will help you identify its purpose. (Example: 3-5-stars, $5-promo)
Locations: Select locations this template will reply to reviews for.
Platform: which platforms should this review be used for?
Ratings: star-rating that this template will be used in response. This allows you to send customers with 1-star ratings an apology message while thanking 5-star ratings for a great review.
Minimum Order Spend: Minimum AOV this template will be used for. Example: Include a $10 promo only if order spend is $50+.
Minimum Order Count: Minimum customer lifetime order count for this template. Example: Send new customers a promo to boost loyalty, but not someone who has ordered 5 times and is proven loyal.
Promo Amount: the value of the promo to be sent with this response (None, $5, $11, or $20).
Response Type - Templated Response: you'll write the exact copy that you want to use for each response in "Message"
Response Type - AI Response: Superorder will generate a response to this review based on the order contents and customer info.
Publishing - Manual Publish: this template will be generated for all applicable reviews, but you will need to click "Send" in the Inbox tab.
Publishing - Auto Publish: this template will automatically be generated and sent for all applicable reviews.
Message: Only appears if "Templated Response" is selected. Write the exact copy that you want to send customers.
