Configuring Brand Voice

Navigate to Reviews -> Brand Voice , and click "+ Add New" on the upper right-hand corner.
Enter the Voice Name, Locations the brand voice will be applied to, Response Type, Tone, and Custom Instructions.
Voice Name: name this voice something that will help identify it in the list of brand voices.
Locations: Select specific locations (or all) for which you want this voice to be used.
Response Type
- Generic: responses are not item specific or personalized for individual reviews.
 - Tailored: personalize copy for each review response generated with this voice.
 
Tone
- Casual
 - Conversational
 - Professional
 - Logical
 - Positive
 - Cheery
 - Humorous
 
Custom Instructions:
Add any and all brand voice parameters in the open text box.
Follow our Brand Voice Guide to help set you up for success!
Click "Create Voice" to save and apply the brand voice.
