How long does the onboarding process take?
Onboarding generally takes 7-10 days, but this can vary based on location count and how quickly we are able to gain the necessary access.
When will I get the integration instructions?
Onboarding instructions are sent within 24 hours after contract signing. If you haven't received the instructions yet, contact our onboarding team at signup@superorder.com .
How will I know when my locations are live on Superorder?
We'll send you two automated email notifications!
- When integrations are complete and we've started disputing chargebacks
- When your Superorder dashboard is ready (~2 weeks) after integrations are completed. This email will also include an introduction to your Account Manager! We'd love to hop on a call and have a dashboard training call with stakeholders.
Why does it take 2 weeks for the dashboard to go live?
During the firs two weeks 2 weeks, we're disputing orders and aggregating your third-party data onto the Superorder dashboard. It takes approximately 2 weeks for disputes to process and transactions to settle, at which point will have data and results to show you.
