Onboarding FAQs

How long does the onboarding process take?

Onboarding generally takes 7-10 days, but this can vary based on location count and how quickly we are able to gain the necessary access.

When will I get the integration instructions?

Onboarding instructions are sent within 24 hours after contract signing. If you haven't received the instructions yet, contact our onboarding team at  signup@superorder.com .

How will I know when my locations are live on Superorder?

We'll send you two automated email notifications!

  1. When integrations are complete and we've started disputing chargebacks
  2. When your Superorder dashboard is ready (~2 weeks) after integrations are completed. This email will also include an introduction to your Account Manager! We'd love to hop on a call and have a dashboard training call with stakeholders.

Why does it take 2 weeks for the dashboard to go live?

During the firs two weeks 2 weeks, we're disputing orders and aggregating your third-party data onto the Superorder dashboard. It takes approximately 2 weeks for disputes to process and transactions to settle, at which point will have data and results to show you.
