How long does the onboarding process take?

Onboarding generally takes 7-10 days, but this can vary based on location count and how quickly we are able to gain the necessary access.

When will I get the integration instructions?

Onboarding instructions are sent within 24 hours after contract signing. If you haven't received the instructions yet, contact our onboarding team at 

How will I know when my locations are live on Superorder?

We'll send you two automated email notifications!

When integrations are complete and we've started disputing chargebacks

When your Superorder dashboard is ready (~2 weeks) after integrations are completed. This email will also include an introduction to your Account Manager! We'd love to hop on a call and have a dashboard training call with stakeholders.

Why does it take 2 weeks for the dashboard to go live?

During the firs two weeks 2 weeks, we're disputing orders and aggregating your third-party data onto the Superorder dashboard. It takes approximately 2 weeks for disputes to process and transactions to settle, at which point will have data and results to show you.

Onboarding FAQs

To help us get the necessary access on Doordash to set up your integrations, you can request the addition of our users to your locations through the 

Log into your DoorDash Merchant Portal, in the side menu bar, you will want to click into: 

Depending the context, you will select either 

 (More often than not, this will be a request for 

DoorDash will then ask for the specific locations, so you will need to either list out the locations in the text box, or if easier, attach a file that includes the list of locations

DoorDash might ask for verification. In this step, you may need to provide your existing bank account details which can be found within your portal

Finally, you will select the best contact method and time to reach you at (the time does not matter as much, so you can just select any time here)

After submitting form, DoorDash will be likely following up for possible clarifications needed and then confirmation once the request has been completed
