Customizing QR Codes

QR Codes power location-specific surveys. Customize these codes, print them, and position them in various locations to gather customer feedback.

Start by heading to the "Surveys" → "QR Codes" section on the Superorder dashboard.

Each location has a corresponding QR code which can be downloaded on the main QR Codes page.

Customizing the QR Code with your Branding

Click on the pencil icon next to a QR code. In this section, you can change the design of the QR code, add a custom message, and your restaurant's logo. You can download the QR code as a PNG or SVG.

Superorder also provides two additional methods to customize the QR code appearance and branding: table format and pamphlet format.

For table format, tailor the QR code to match your restaurant's branding and print it to place on tables.

For pamphlet format, adjust the QR code to fit your branding and print it to include in delivery bags.

This allows you to collect feedback from in-person, first-party, and third-party orders.
