How can I add a service that is blocked right now?
To access additional features/products reach out to your dedicated account manager! They're more than happy to chat about additional features.
What is the difference between access roles?
We support four user roles: Admin, Manager, Viewer + Reports, and Viewer.
- Admin: the highest level of access. Admins can invite and remove all users from locations, create scheduled reports, update location information, and set templates/reply to responses in review management & surveys.
- Manager: Managers can invite others and remove non-admins from locations, create one time downloadable reports, and set templates/reply to responses in review management & surveys.
- Viewer + Reports: same permissions as Viewer (described below) with access to create and download reports.
- Viewer: view-only. Cannot invite or remove users or download reports, can access the Superorder dashboard and view information on the dashboard.
How can I add myself as a user?
If you don't have access to the Superorder dashboard, please reach out to your account Admin or help@superorder.com
How often is data updated on the dashboard?
The frequency of data updates varies based on the platform integration. Data is updated in real-time and at regular intervals to ensure you have the most current information available.
