How can I add a service that is blocked right now?

How do I add a new user to the Superorder dashboard?

  1. Navigate to   Settings -> Users  
  2. Click on "Add"
  3. Select the Role
  1. Admin: Wield the most authority. They can invite and remove users from locations.
  2. Manager: Can invite others and remove non-admins from locations.
  3. Viewer: Can't invite or remove users. They have a viewing role only.
  1. Select the Location(s)
  2. Click "Add"

What is the difference between each roles?

We support three user roles: Admin, Manager, and Viewer.

  • Admin: the highest level of authority. Admins can invite and remove users from locations.
  • Manager: Managers can invite others and remove non-admins from locations.
  • Viewer: view-only. Cannot invite or remove users.

How can I add myself as a user?

If you don't have access to the Superorder dashboard, please reach out to your account Admin or help@superorder.com

How often is the data updated on the dashboard?

The frequency of data updates varies based on the platform integration. Data is updated in real-time and at regular intervals to ensure you have the most current information available.
